Dill Bread

An interesting change from the regular white or whole wheat bread, dill bread is a favourite in my family. It is delicious and easy to make. So tie on your apron and lets get started!
Ingredients:
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. yeast
1 1/2 Tbsp. dill
3/4 c. cottage cheese
3/4 c. water
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter, melted
In mixer, using dough hook, combine dry ingredients. Add water, butter, and cottage cheese. Knead until the dough cleans the sides of the bowl.
Let rise for 1 hr.
 Punch down.
Shape into loaves.
Rise for 1/2 hr. Preheat oven to 340 F. Bake for 20-25 min.

Hope you enjoy!

    2. I figure that if you could do one spice, you could switch it (but maybe that's a bad ideaπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚). If I try it, I shall let you know how it goes.
