The Best Homemade White bread

 

Bread fresh out of the oven lathered in butter. That is one of the best treats in the world. It's even better when the bread is super fluffy. The bread in this post is super fluffy and has great taste. So tie on your apron and lets get started.
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. warm milk 
7-9 c. flour
2 eggs

Mix yeast and 1 cup water together and let stand.

 

Mix oil, sugar, salt, milk, and water together. Mix into yeast mixture. 

Add 3 cup flour and eggs to the other ingredients. 

Add flour until proper consistency. (💡Tip: The more flour you put in the less fluffy the bread will be. Put enough flour in so that you can knead the dough but it is still very sticky.) Knead the dough. Let rise in warm oven for 1 hr. 

punch down. 

Divide into desired amount of loaves.

Shape into loaves. (💡Tip: There are two ways that I shape my loaves. 1: Pinch the bottom until it is smooth on the top and it is the shape that you want. Put it into loaf pan or on a baking sheet. 2: Roll out the dough and roll it up. Fold the ends to the bottom and put into loaf pans.)

 Let rise for 35 min. Bake at 350 F for about 1/2 hr. Don't bake too long or it won't be as fluffy.
