Whole Wheat Bread

 
If you love bread but don't love the unhealthiness of  white bread then whole wheat bread is for you! Delicious taste and just as good as white bread when lathered with butter, whole wheat bread is a must. So tie on your apron and lets get started!
Ingredients:
3 c. warm water
2/3 c. oil or margarine
2/3 c. honey
4 tsp. salt
8-9 c. whole wheat flour 
1 Tbsp. yeast
Combine all the wet ingredients. Add yeast, salt, and half of the flour. 
(💡Tip: If all whole wheat flour is too strong, substitute one cup white flour for one cup of the whole wheat flour.) Gradually add flour until right consistency. Knead dough until smooth. 
Let rise for 1 hr. Punch down. Shape and put in pans. 
Let rise 1 hr. Bake at 350 F for 25-30 min.
