Hash Brown Casserole

An all new level of hash browns! Instead of those chunks of potatoes you fry up, those chunks of potatoes all creamy with chips on top and baked. Sound good? Tie on your apron and lets get started!
Ingredient:
1/4 c. margarine, melted
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt & pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
2 lb. frozen hash browns
potato chips, crushed
Preheat oven to 375 F. (πŸ’‘Tip: If you have a convection oven preheat oven to 350 F convection.) Melt margarine in microwavable bowl. Mix onions, soup, salt and pepper, sour cream, and cheese. Mix in hash browns. Spread crushed chips evenly over hash browns and bake for 1 1/2 hr. or until chips are nicely browned.
Hope you enjoy!

  1. Can you use butter instead of margarine and potato chunks instead of bought hashbrowns?
Do you have any subs for cream of mushroom soup?
    πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ Many questions, sorry.

    1. You can use butter instead of margarine. I have never used potato chunks...but some people do. And you can use cream of chicken soup instead but other than that I have no subs. Hope that helps!
