Like most people, we have some Christmas traditions. The first is when we get our Christmas tree. We usually get our Christmas tree either the last Sunday of November or the first Sunday of December. We then decorate it that night. Decorating in our house is different than a lot of people I know. It is mostly the little kids who decorate it except for people's special decorations. As you can imagine, with a bunch of little kids decorating the tree, it can get messy and not the "perfect" look that a lot of people want.
A lot of years our tree if filled with handmade decorations that my siblings have made and their favorite part, candy canes!
After we decorate the tree, we have home made hot chocolate and Christmas goodies.
Then we usually watch Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer or Frosty the Snowman. It is lots of fun!
