Mini Apple Pies

 
Do you ever have that annoying piece of crust left over when you make pie? How many of you end up throwing it out? Well now you no longer have to! Mini apple pies will take care of that little piece without wasting it. So  tie on your apron and lets get started!
Ingredients:
1 apple (medium or large)
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. cinnamon 
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
left over crumble topping if you have it
Preheat oven to 375 F. Roll out the pie crust and put it in an ungreased ramekin and put apples in. If you have crumble, put it on top. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until apples are soft.
