Pastry
Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter softened
3 oz. cream cheese softened

In a mixer cream the butter and cream cheese. Stir in flour.
Scoop rounded teaspoon (I use Pampered Chef's small cookie scoop) into ungreased 1 3/4 muffin tin.
Roll into balls and press them down.
Press the pastry so that it comes up the sides. (I use Pampered chef's mini tart shaper.)
Pecan Tassie Filling
Ingredients:
1 egg
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
2/3 c. chopped pecans
Beat egg, brown sugar, and melted butter until combined. Stir in pecans. Scoop the filling into a medium plastic bag and pipe into the pastry.
Bake at 325 F for 25-30 minutes or until pastry is golden and filling is puffed. Cool slightly in pan and carefully move to wire rack.
Drizzle with chocolate.
