Skore Bars

 Are you looking for something easy but delicious to add to your Christmas goodie tray? Well skore bars are for you! They are so simple yet so good. They are a big hit a my house even though they are one of the simplest things we make. So tie on your apron and lets get started!

Ingredients: 

1-2 sleeves of soda crackers

1 c. butter

1 c. brown sugar

3/4 c. chocolate chips

1/2 c. butterscotch chips

Preheat oven to 400 F. Put parchment paper on a small cookie sheet and place the crackers on. 

In saucepan bring butter and brown sugar to a boil and boil for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour hot mixture evenly over crackers. 

Bake until golden and bubbling, 6 minutes or less. When done let them cool.

Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together. spread over the cooled cracker mixture. 

Refrigerate until firm. Drizzle with butterscotch chips. once firm break into pieces. Store in covered container in freezer.

    Its yummy.
