Wow, whoever made this recipe was a genius...putting holiday in the name! That just makes you want to put them on your HOLIDAY tray of goodies! So tie on your apron and lets get started!
Ingredients:
1 c. butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg yolk
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350 F. line 9x13 pan with parchment paper. In mixer beat butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and egg yolk. Stir in flour and salt.
Press in pan.
Bake 25 - 30 minutes or until very light brown (crust will be soft.) Immediately sprinkle chocolate chips on hot crust. Let stand about 5 minutes or until chocolate is soft.
Spread evenly. Drizzle with butterscotch chips. Cool completely and cut.
