Want some cookies for that one person you love😜? Or more like you just want to do something fun for Valentines Day...I have just the thing for you! So tie on your apron and lets get started!
Ingredients:
1 c. butter
1 c. white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chocolate chips, melted
Cream butter. Gradually add sugar and cream well. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda with creamed mixture. Chill until firm. (I make it in the morning and use it in the afternoon.) 
Roll out cookies and cut out with heart shaped cookie cutter.
Cut out the middle of half of the cookies with a smaller heart.
Bake at 350 F for 10-12 min or until golden.
Let cool. Sift powdered sugar over heart frames.
Spread chocolate on one side of the heart. Leave a border around the edge. Place heart frames on top of chocolate covered cookies.
